Have you struggled with how to put pen to paper to thank your donor’s family for their lifesaving gift? Are you suffering from writer’s block? Have you sent a letter but have had no response? Should you continue to write if there is no response? The OTS meeting on Friday, April 5 will discuss these questions and more.

We welcome Susan Cochran, an Aftercare Specialist for the Gift of Hope Organ and Tissue Donor Network as our speaker for this meeting. Susan will guide us through the process of writing that letter. She will also explain how the process of communicating can begin with your donor family and help educate us on how to write that letter. She will also answer your questions about writing to your donor family.
