It's OTS Membership Renewal Time

The OTS membership for 2020 runs from January 1, 2020, through December 31. In the next few weeks, you will receive a renewal form in the mail for the 2021 OTS membership.      

Membership dues to Organ Transplant Support, Inc. will continue to remain at $20 for the year. Membership dues and donations are the primary source of income for the OTS newsletter, brochures as well as the Tree Planting Ceremony, Zoom meetings, and other activities. We are extremely grateful for your support and donations.

Thank you to all the OTS members for your continued backing of Organ Transplant Support. By donating to Organ Transplant Support, you are helping to provide important education, support, and resources to many transplant candidates and recipients throughout the Chicago area and beyond. It can be difficult to go through the transplant journey, but with your membership and support, OTS will be here to help patients every step of the way.
